Welcome to KG Woodworking LLC. By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Products & Handmade Craftsmanship

All KG Woodworking products are handmade, and natural variations in wood grain, color, and pattern are normal. These variations are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted woodworking and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to update product designs, pricing, or availability at any time.


2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required at checkout through our secure third-party payment processors.

  • Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it promptly. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once work has started, but we will do our best to assist.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carriers or custom handcrafted production times.

  • KG Woodworking LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handcrafted, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us with pictures and your concerns.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Normal wood variations

  • Personalized items

  • Items damaged from misuse, improper care, or neglect

For any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


5. Care & Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your wooden products. By purchasing, you agree to follow the provided care instructions, including:

  • Hand wash only

  • No dishwasher use

  • Keep dry

  • Oil as recommended

Failure to follow care instructions may void eligibility for refunds or replacements.


6. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy images, designs, or content without written permission

  • Use our site for fraudulent or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to access secure parts of the site without authorization

All content on our website is owned by KG Woodworking LLC.


7. Liability

KG Woodworking LLC is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Allergic reactions to wood species or finishes

  • Damage from improper care

  • Losses caused by delivery carriers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.


8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Limited Warranty:

For cutting boards 1½ inches thick or thicker, KG Woodworking LLC includes up to two (2) complimentary resurfacing and wax treatments as part of our quality commitment.

How It Works:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the board to KG Woodworking LLC and for return shipping back to them.

  • Once received, we will professionally resurface, smooth, and apply a fresh food-safe wax finish.

  • Typical turnaround time is 3–7 business days after the board is received.

This service applies only to qualifying boards purchased directly from KG Woodworking LLC and does not cover deep damage, cracking, or improper care.
